We could use more volunteers in the following crews: Grounds, First Aid, Creature Comforts, Tickets Main Gate, Artisan Area, Children’s Activity Area, Instrument Exchange, Recycling, Special Services.
Get involved, be a volunteer and join in the fun:
- Free Festival Admission
- Enjoy the Festival from “the inside”
- On-site dining with festival performers (with the purchase of the creature comforts meal plan)
- Flexible work schedule
The festival depends on volunteers in all aspects of its operation. The work load is a total of 10 hours before, during or after the festival. In addition, there is one All-Crew/All-Staff meeting on Sunday, June 4 from 1 to 3 pm. Staff members can explain jobs in their area. Call them directly in the evening, email them directly or use the volunteer interest form.
If you have trouble reaching a crew chief, call the Old Songs office at: 518-765-2815 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Though we often accept volunteers from hither and yon, we do give first preference to folks from the local area as it helps us to create a local support group for Old Songs.
If you are unable to find a slot on a crew, we will keep your name on a waiting list and will contact you as positions open up.
