Get involved, be a volunteer, and join in the fun:
- Free Festival Admission
- Enjoy the Festival from “the inside”
- On-site dining with festival performers (with the purchase of the creature comforts meal plan)
- Flexible work schedule
(For brand new Volunteers or those requesting to join a different Crew)
The festival depends on volunteers in all aspects of its operation. The work load is a total of 10 hours before, during, and/or after the festival. In addition, there is one All-Crew meeting late May/Early June (exact date TBA). We have a variety of different crews that help make this festival happen. Call or email Crew Chiefs directly if you have any questions about particular jobs in their areas.
To comply with regulations and to keep everyone safe and healthy, all volunteers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two doses) a minimum of 14 days prior to working at the festival. Old Songs will follow guidelines in place at the time of the festival.
If you have trouble reaching a crew chief, call the Old Songs office at: 518-765-2815 or email email@example.com.
If you are unable to find a slot on a crew, we will keep your name on a waiting list and will contact you as positions open up.
